We’re looking for an experienced and passionate CRM & Management System Lead Developer to help us build a powerful business platform from the ground up. This is a fully remote role, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere while playing a key role in shaping how our company operates.

About the Role
As our Lead Developer, you’ll design and develop an all-in-one system that brings together customer management, sales tracking, project workflows, reporting, and team collaboration.
You’ll work closely with leadership to understand business processes and translate them into clean, scalable software. From backend logic to frontend experience, you’ll guide the full development process and take ownership of the platform’s future.
This is not a maintenance role — you’ll be building something meaningful from day one.
What You’ll Be Building
- A custom CRM with contact management, deal tracking, and communication history
- A project management system with task assignment and progress tracking
- Flexible dashboards for reporting and analytics
- An integration-ready platform for future tools
- Secure access controls with user roles and permissions
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing system architecture and planning features
- Building backend services and user-friendly interfaces
- Creating APIs and managing databases
- Turning business workflows into smooth digital experiences
- Making key technical decisions and improving performance
- Working directly with stakeholders on feature development
- Keeping documentation clear and systems well organized
- Ensuring the platform stays secure, scalable, and reliable
We’re Looking For
Technical Experience
- Strong backend skills with Python/Django, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar
- Frontend experience using React, Vue.js, or Angular with TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience building REST or Graph APIs
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Mindset & Approach
- Experience building complex business applications
- Good understanding of CRM systems and automation
- Ability to turn business needs into clean technical solutions
- Strong attention to both user experience and system performance
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
