We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our Facilities Management team in Qatar. This role is ideal for someone who understands the FM market, has a strong MEP background, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.

About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on growing our Facilities Management business across Qatar. Your day-to-day work will include meeting clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and working closely with technical teams to offer the right FM solutions.
You’ll also manage existing accounts, look for new business opportunities, and make sure clients receive excellent service. This position suits someone who is proactive, professional, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding new business opportunities for FM services
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Meeting clients, giving presentations, and attending site visits
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Coordinating with MEP and operations teams for technical support
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Keeping track of market trends and competitors
- Turning sales leads into signed contracts
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Keeping sales records and client details organized
- Supporting contract discussions and client feedback when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of Facilities Management sales experience in Qatar
- Strong MEP background (essential)
- Good knowledge of the Qatar FM market
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Valid Qatar ID with NOC for immediate transfer
- Valid Qatar driving licence
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
