Full-Time Hiring Technical Manager for Road Construction and Infrastructure Projects
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our team for ongoing and upcoming roads and infrastructure projects. If you have a solid background in road construction and design-build projects, and you’re confident handling both technical and site-level challenges, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be leading the technical side of projects—from reviewing designs and coordinating with consultants to supporting execution teams on-site. You’ll play an important part in making sure everything runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and stays on schedule.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing all technical activities related to road and highway projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and ensuring everything aligns with project requirements
- Working closely with engineers, consultants, and project teams
- Making sure work is carried out as per quality and safety standards
- Supporting site teams by resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
- Assisting with planning, material approvals, and technical documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Around 8+ years of experience in roads or infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience in design and build (D&B) projects
- Good knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Primavera
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
