About the Role
As the Testing & Commissioning Manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything works exactly as it should before final handover. From planning to execution, your leadership will ensure that all railway systems are tested, validated, and ready for operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take charge of testing and commissioning activities for railway systems
- Prepare and implement detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and documentation
- Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives
- Ensure everything meets international standards, safety regulations, and project specs
- Spot potential issues early and handle them before they become problems
- Keep the project on track by managing timelines and coordinating across teams
What We’re Looking For
- Around 18+ years of solid experience in testing & commissioning
- Strong hands-on experience in railway, metro, or large infrastructure projects
- Someone who can lead confidently and communicate clearly with multiple teams
- A practical problem-solver who knows how to handle real project challenges

In this role, you will:
- Oversee integration of signalling, telecom, SCADA, and control systems
- Manage interfaces between different contractors and technical teams

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges efficiently
Requirements:
- 18+ years of experience, especially in railway systems integration
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-system environments
Additional Opportunity: Planning Engineer (Civil – Railway Experience)
- Minimum 15+ years of experience
- Strong background in planning, scheduling, and railway civil works
- Experience with tools like Primavera or MS Project is essential
