We’re currently hiring an experienced Lifting Engineer for an urgent project in Saudi Arabia. If you have hands-on experience in lifting operations, rigging, and crane supervision—and you’re ready to join immediately—this is a solid opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced project with strong on-site support.
Role: Lifting Engineer
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and overseeing safe and efficient lifting activities on-site. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Preparing lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments
- Supervising crane operations and rigging activities
- Ensuring all lifting tasks follow safety regulations and HSE standards
- Checking and inspecting lifting equipment like slings, shackles, and cranes
- Coordinating closely with site teams, safety officers, and project engineers
- Managing critical lifts and making sure everything runs smoothly and safely
- Keeping proper records, reports, and documentation for all lifting operations
What We’re Looking For
- Valid LEEA certification (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of real on-site experience as a Lifting Engineer
- Strong understanding of lifting techniques, crane operations, and safety practices
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
- Ability to handle pressure and manage high-risk lifting activities confidently
- Good communication and coordination skills on-site
