Full-Time Immediate Hiring Sales Executive | MEP HVAC GCC Experience Required
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Al Khobar. If you have 3–4 years of experience in the GCC market, especially in MEP and HVACR sales, and enjoy building relationships while closing deals, this role could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of our business—connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. From the first conversation to finalizing deals, you’ll manage the complete sales journey. It’s a role that blends technical understanding with strong communication and negotiation skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively look for new business opportunities within the MEP and HVACR sectors
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Meet clients, visit sites, and understand project requirements in detail
- Prepare clear and competitive quotations and technical proposals
- Handle tender submissions, follow-ups, and negotiations confidently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities in the GCC
- Stay organized with your sales pipeline and regularly update progress
- Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding your sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in MEP or HVACR sales within the GCC
- Good technical understanding of HVAC systems and related solutions
- Confidence in dealing with clients and closing sales
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic CRM tools
- A valid GCC driving license is a plus
