Full-Time QAQC Manager – Aramco Approved | Oil and Gas Job Vacancy
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced QA/QC Manager with valid Aramco approval to join our team and take ownership of quality across major projects. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, understands the importance of compliance, and knows how to lead teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
You’ll be working across oil & gas, EPC, and construction projects, ensuring everything meets Aramco standards, international codes, and project requirements—from early planning through to final handover.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with Aramco and ISO standards
- Make sure all site activities follow approved ITPs, procedures, and specifications
- Carry out and oversee inspections, audits, and quality checks across project stages
- Review drawings, technical documents, and material submissions to ensure compliance
- Handle non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality issues smoothly
- Lead and support a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors
- Keep all quality records, reports, and documentation organized and up to standard
- Support pre-commissioning and final handover, including punch list clearance
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
- Mandatory: Valid Aramco Approval as QA/QC Manager
- Around 10+ years of hands-on QA/QC experience, ideally in oil & gas or EPC projects
- Strong understanding of Aramco standards, ISO requirements, and international codes (ASME, API, ASTM)
- Experience handling large-scale projects and client coordination
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
