Job Description
We’re looking for an ERP Sales Executive who can confidently handle clients, present solutions, and drive real business growth through ERP and SaaS sales.
In this role, you won’t just sell software—you’ll help companies improve how they operate, manage their resources better, and scale efficiently using the right ERP tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of the full sales journey, starting from finding new leads to successfully closing deals.
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce them to our ERP and business software solutions
- Understand client needs and recommend the right mix of ERP modules like HR, Accounting, Payroll, CRM, and Inventory
- Deliver clear and engaging product demos and presentations that highlight real business value
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as business owners, finance heads, and managers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals confidently
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and happy clients
- Keep your sales pipeline updated and organized using CRM tools
- Stay aware of market trends and opportunities within the Saudi Arabia ERP market
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is confident, proactive, and genuinely interested in sales and technology.
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in ERP sales, SaaS sales, or IT/software sales
- Good understanding of how businesses operate, especially in the Saudi market
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable presenting software solutions to different types of clients
- Fluent in English (Arabic is definitely a plus)
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred
Extra Advantage If You Have
- Experience working with ERP systems like HRMS, Accounting, Payroll, CRM, or Inventory software
- Exposure to industries such as healthcare, SMEs, trading, or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of cloud ERP or SaaS platforms
