We’re currently looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Technical Support Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving technical problems, supporting users, and leading a small IT team. If you’re confident with networking, CCTV systems, CAT6 cabling, and day-to-day IT support — and you also like guiding others — we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our IT Technical Support Supervisor, you’ll take care of daily IT operations while actively working on-site. You’ll support employees with technical issues, manage installations, supervise technicians, and make sure all systems run smoothly and securely.
You’ll also handle user onboarding, system updates, backups, documentation, and basic cybersecurity checks. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical skills and people management will go hand in hand.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Carrying out field work such as CAT6 cable clipping & clamping, configuring network switches, and installing CCTV cameras
• Handling IT support requests, answering user questions, and managing service tickets
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (both remotely and on-site)
• Installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and applications
• Setting up new users, managing accounts, email access, and permissions
• Monitoring systems, applying updates, and performing basic security checks
• Supporting IT security practices and helping maintain cybersecurity compliance
• Providing basic IT training to staff and preparing simple technical guides
• Keeping IT asset records organized (devices, licenses, and equipment)
• Managing backups and assisting with recovery when needed
• Supervising the IT team, assigning daily tasks, and tracking progress
• Supporting onboarding of new employees from an IT perspective
• Installing access points and CCTV cameras (including climbing ladders when required)
• Coordinating with vendors when hardware or network support is needed
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology only (other degrees will not be considered)
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional
• Minimum 3–6 years of IT experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory – other experience will not be considered)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, office applications, and remote support tools
• Good understanding of networking, CCTV systems, CAT6 cabling, and IT support operations
• Basic knowledge of IT security practices
• Friendly communication style with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Customer-focused mindset with leadership ability
• Able to work independently and manage a small IT team
• Comfortable with physical work and climbing ladders when required
