We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for ongoing oil & gas and industrial projects in Qatar. What This Role Involves:
In this position, you’ll be closely involved in the full lifecycle of mechanical works—from reviewing designs and coordinating with teams to overseeing installation, testing, and maintenance. You’ll play an important role in making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to project standards.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical activities across project sites
- Review technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications
- Work closely with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams
- Ensure all work follows safety rules and quality standards
- Track project progress and help keep everything on schedule
- Support procurement by checking technical documents and materials
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning processes
- Identify issues early and provide practical engineering solutions
- Prepare regular updates and reports for the management team
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Around 5–8 years of hands-on experience in oil & gas or industrial projects
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and site execution
- Familiarity with international standards and safety practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Previous Gulf experience will be a strong advantage
- Candidates who can join quickly will be preferred
