Job Description
We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-driven Accountant to become a part of our growing team. If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things organized, and making sure everything adds up perfectly, this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll be handling day-to-day financial activities, supporting reporting processes, and helping the company stay on top of its financial health. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–4 years of experience who is looking to build a long-term career in accounting jobs or finance roles.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including payments and collections
- Preparing clear and accurate financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
- Handling invoices, billing, and bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Posting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger
- Supporting monthly and year-end closing activities
- Making sure everything follows accounting standards and company policies
- Assisting during audits by keeping records organized and up to date
- Monitoring expenses, budgets, and cash flow
- Keeping all financial documents well-structured and easy to access
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Around 3–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles
- Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas and data handling)
- A good understanding of financial reporting and basic tax concepts
- Someone who is accurate, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with VAT or GST filing
- Exposure to ERP systems and financial tools
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
