As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our services, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing our online presence. You will work closely with management and play an important role in supporting our business growth across various consultancy and document clearance services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Promoting the company’s services through digital and traditional marketing channels
- Managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business
- Creating engaging content, advertisements, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing professional support
- Following up with prospective and existing clients to maintain strong business relationships
- Assisting with lead generation and business development activities
- Supporting the promotion of company formation, visa processing, document clearance, and consultancy services
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Maintaining accurate customer records and marketing databases
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Assisting with office administration and day-to-day operational activities when required
What We’re Looking For
- Currently residing in Bahrain
- Flexi Visa or Transferable Visa preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or business development is preferred
- Confidence in managing social media platforms and creating online content
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage
- Previous experience with LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, EWA, visa services, or consultancy services will be considered a plus
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Additional Skills That Will Be an Advantage
- Bahrain Driving Licence
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of company formation and business consultancy services
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Arabic language skills
- Experience working with customer relationship management and lead generation activities
