Full-Time MEP Project Engineer (LV Systems) – Immediate Vacancy
Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Project Engineer – MEP (Low Voltage / ELV Systems) to join our team. If you have solid on-site experience handling LV and ELV installations and enjoy being actively involved in project execution from start to finish, this could be the right opportunity for you.
This role is ideal for someone who understands low voltage systems inside out, can confidently manage site activities, and works well with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will take responsibility for supervising and coordinating low voltage and ELV works within MEP projects. From reviewing drawings to overseeing installation and final commissioning, you will play a key role in ensuring that every system is installed correctly, safely, and according to project specifications.
You’ll be expected to stay organized, keep documentation up to date, and proactively resolve technical challenges on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of LV and ELV systems
- Managing daily site activities related to low voltage works
- Reviewing electrical drawings, layouts, and project specifications
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Conducting inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Preparing progress reports and technical documentation
- Supporting project handover and final approvals
- Troubleshooting technical issues during installation and testing
Systems You Should Be Familiar With
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in systems such as:
- CCTV and surveillance systems
- Access control and biometric systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Structured cabling and fiber optic systems
- Public address systems
- Intercom systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Integrated ELV and security systems
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience working on MEP projects, specifically LV / ELV works
- Strong understanding of electrical site supervision and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good technical problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and reporting abilities
- Comfortable working in a structured project environment
