Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in airport construction projects to join a major development in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing large-scale construction sites and is confident handling the day-to-day challenges of complex infrastructure projects—especially within the aviation sector.
What the Role Involves
As a Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Your focus will be on keeping the project on track—making sure timelines are met, quality is maintained, and everything runs safely and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams, making sure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing airport construction works from planning through to completion
- Making sure all activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and site teams on a daily basis
- Monitoring progress, quality, and safety standards on-site
- Handling site challenges and resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Managing resources like manpower, materials, and equipment
- Preparing clear progress updates and reports for management
- Ensuring compliance with international construction and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience working as a Construction Manager on airport projects (mandatory)
- Strong background in civil construction and infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage large-scale and fast-paced construction environments
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple contractors and teams
- Open to all nationalities
- Must be ready to join immediately
- Must be able to transfer iqama
