Full-Time Now Hiring: MEP / Fire System Supervisor | Project Site Position
Job Description
We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable MEP / Fire System Supervisor to join our project team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on site, leading technicians, and making sure installations are completed safely and to a high standard.

About the Role
As a MEP / Fire System Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for overseeing daily site work related to MEP and fire fighting systems. You’ll work closely with engineers and technicians to make sure everything runs smoothly, on schedule, and according to approved drawings.
This role suits someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing site teams in an active construction environment.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of MEP and fire fighting systems on site
- Guide and support technicians to ensure quality work
- Coordinate daily activities with project engineers and site staff
- Monitor work progress and report updates when required
- Ensure all work follows approved drawings and technical standards
- Maintain quality control throughout the installation process
- Enforce safety rules and ensure proper site practices
- Support testing and commissioning of fire systems
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly and efficiently
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork on site
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Trade Certificate in a related field
- 3–10 years of experience in MEP or fire system projects
- Age up to 35 years
- Good knowledge of fire fighting systems, piping, pumps, alarms, and general MEP works
- Experience supervising site technicians
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on project sites
