Full-Time Now Hiring: Sales Supervisor – E-commerce Sales Job in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the online marketplace environment and enjoys driving sales through digital platforms.
As part of our team, you will help manage and grow our online sales by promoting our products through our official e-commerce platform as well as well-known online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other digital sales channels. We are searching for someone who is passionate about online business, experienced in managing marketplace accounts, and capable of improving product visibility and sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily e-commerce sales activities and ensuring smooth operations across multiple online platforms.
- Managing and updating product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces.
- Working on strategies to increase online product visibility, customer reach, and sales growth.
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure inventory availability, order processing, and timely deliveries.
- Supporting marketing initiatives such as online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce sales or online marketplace management in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Noon marketplace, or other online retail platforms is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of online sales strategies, product listings, and marketplace trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Language Skills
- Good command of English is required.
- Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
Other Requirements
- Candidates must currently be available in Saudi Arabia.
- A valid and transferable Iqama is required.
