Job Description
We are urgently seeking a talented and motivated BIM Engineer (Civil / Architectural) with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), construction coordination, and engineering project delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models for various construction and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for civil and architectural projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, construction documentation, and model updates using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors.
- Conduct clash detection and model reviews to identify and resolve design issues before construction begins.
- Ensure BIM standards, project specifications, and quality requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in project planning, design development, and construction coordination.
- Generate reports, quantities, and project information directly from BIM models.
- Participate in technical meetings and provide BIM support to project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in civil and architectural projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and other BIM software.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, and BIM workflows.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver projects within deadlines.
