Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can comfortably handle both office administration and basic IT support—someone reliable, organized, and ready to step in wherever needed.

This role is a great fit for a person who enjoys variety in their day. One moment you might be coordinating office activities, and the next you could be helping a colleague fix a system issue or setting up a new laptop. You’ll also occasionally visit clients, so being professional and confident while interacting with people is important.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also being the first person people turn to when they need technical support. Your work will directly support both the team and clients, making you an essential part of daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking care of everyday office tasks like calls, emails, couriers, and supplies
  • Organizing meetings, travel plans, and small office events
  • Keeping records up to date and assisting with basic onboarding tasks
  • Helping team members with common IT issues on laptops, desktops, printers, and phones
  • Setting up new systems, user accounts, and email access
  • Assisting with password resets and general system access support
  • Keeping track of office and IT equipment, and arranging repairs when needed
  • Visiting clients to collect cheques and assist with basic support when required
  • Handling client interactions in a professional and friendly manner
  • Escalating more complex issues and making sure they are followed up properly
  • Maintaining simple records of IT requests, assets, and client visits

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in administration, IT support, or a similar role (around 2+ years is ideal)
  • Comfortable using Windows systems, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of printers, networks, and mobile devices
  • Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
  • Someone who is organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle cheque collection carefully and follow proper procedures
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed
  • Flexibility to handle urgent situations or occasional extra hours
