About the Role
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure that both customers and staff have a smooth and positive experience. You will also work closely with the team to make sure the restaurant operates efficiently and that customers receive friendly, professional service.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Make sure all staff follow company policies and service standards
Cash Handling and Financial Management
- Manage customer payments through cash, card, or digital payment methods
- Ensure accurate billing and transaction records
- Monitor daily cash handling and balance transactions at the end of shifts
Billing and Payment Management
- Supervise preparation of customer bills and invoices
- Handle refunds or billing adjustments when needed
- Maintain daily sales records and payment reports
Financial Record Keeping
- Keep accurate records of daily sales and cash flow
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly
- Coordinate with the accounts department for reporting when required
Staff Supervision
- Supervise restaurant staff and monitor performance
- Assign daily tasks and schedules for employees
- Support team members and ensure a positive working environment
Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive friendly and professional service
- Handle customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and comfortable dining experience
Inventory and Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels for food, beverages, and supplies
- Report shortages and coordinate restocking when needed
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports
- Inform higher management about operational or financial issues when necessary
Security and Compliance
- Ensure safe handling of cash and financial documents
- Follow company rules and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations
- Honest and responsible when handling financial transactions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy restaurant hours
- Basic to good knowledge of English, Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff and handle customer concerns professionally
- Valid Iqama required
