Job Description

We are currently hiring a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing premium brand in the field of interior decorative solutions and building materials based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Our company offers innovative self-adhesive wall, floor, and furniture films that provide a smart alternative to traditional renovation. These products are designed to be water-resistant, fire-resistant, and scratch-proof — allowing clients to upgrade spaces quickly without demolition, dust, or disruption.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals in a competitive and fast-paced market.

Your Role

In this position, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across Saudi Arabia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling decorative surface solutions to interior designers, contractors, fit-out companies, and retail clients
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients across the construction and interiors sector
  • Identifying new business opportunities in villas, hotels, offices, malls, and renovation projects
  • Visiting project sites, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting solutions tailored to client needs
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating with clients, and closing sales successfully
  • Managing your sales pipeline and keeping track of leads and ongoing projects
  • Supporting marketing efforts such as social media promotions, exhibitions, and showroom events
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and understands the local market well:

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within building materials, interior products, or construction in Saudi Arabia
  • A strong network of contacts including contractors, architects, interior designers, or procurement teams
  • Experience handling both B2B and project-based sales
  • A valid Saudi driving license and your own car (this is a field-based role)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
  • Familiarity with products such as vinyl, laminates, WPC, wallpapers, or decorative finishes is a plus
  • Good knowledge of key markets including Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam
