We’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our customer base in the HoReCa and foodservice industry. This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, opening accounts, and building long-term relationships.

About the Role
As our Sales Executive, you’ll be at the front of business growth. Your main focus will be finding new customers, turning leads into loyal accounts, and helping those accounts grow month by month.
You’ll spend most of your time visiting restaurants, hotels, and food businesses — understanding their needs, offering the right products, and building trust along the way. You’ll also work closely with our operations and finance teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This role suits someone who enjoys working independently but also values being part of a supportive sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting potential customers every day to open new accounts
- Turning leads into long-term business relationships
- Taking ownership of new accounts and growing their monthly orders
- Working toward and exceeding sales targets
- Spotting upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Building strong connections with chefs, restaurant owners, and purchasing teams
- Keeping an eye on competitors and market trends
- Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth deliveries
- Supporting payment follow-ups with the finance team
- Keeping simple records of visits and sales activity
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in foodservice, FMCG, or trading companies
- Previous field sales experience is a big plus
- Comfortable working in a role that involves daily customer visits
- Confident approaching new customers and opening accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid driver’s license
