Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Executive to join our Building Materials Wholesale Division. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the field, meeting clients, and building strong business relationships within the construction industry.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be out in the market, connecting with contractors, builders, and retailers, introducing our range of building materials, and driving sales. If you’re someone who knows the industry well and enjoys achieving targets, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting clients regularly and building strong, long-term relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector
- Promoting and selling a variety of products such as cement, steel, plumbing, and electrical materials
- Visiting project sites, offices, and retail outlets to generate sales
- Preparing quotations, following up with clients, and closing deals
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activities
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Following up on payments and maintaining good client accounts
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2+ years of experience in building materials or construction sales
- A valid driving license (this is essential for the role)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the local market and customer network is a big plus
- Someone who is self-driven, confident, and able to work independently
