Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a strong sales background in the FMCG, modern trade, retail, or distribution sector and are passionate about building customer relationships and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets across the Bahrain market. Experience working with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and modern trade customers will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote company products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Manage and develop modern trade and retail accounts.
- Ensure products are available, well-positioned, and effectively promoted within customer outlets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales process from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of GCC sales experience.
- Experience in modern trade, hypermarkets, supermarkets, FMCG, retail sales, or distribution sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good email writing and business correspondence skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Valid Bahraini Driving Licence is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with previous experience dealing with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and major retail chains in Bahrain will be given preference. Knowledge of the local market, customer network, and modern trade environment will be considered a strong advantage.
