Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in industrial products, welding consumables, and technical sales who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic and expanding market.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling welding electrodes, ceramic backing materials, and other related welding products to customers across the UAE. You will work closely with clients in the fabrication, construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, helping them find the right products while developing long-term business relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote and sell industrial welding products across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads.
- Visit clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in industrial product sales, welding consumables, technical sales, or a related field.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach to sales.
- Knowledge of welding products and the fabrication industry will be an added advantage.
