Full-Time SEC Approved Electrical Engineer Jobs | Saudi Arabia Infrastructure Projects

Confidential – Posted by jobpublisher Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

Job Description

We’re currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join an exciting power and infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. If you have hands-on experience in testing and commissioning and are confident working with substations and MV/LV systems, this could be the right opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll be actively involved in testing and commissioning electrical systems, ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently before going live. You’ll work closely with project teams on-site, helping deliver high-quality results within deadlines while following all required standards and safety guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll handle the testing and commissioning of MV/LV systems, including switchgear, transformers, and protection systems. Your day-to-day work will involve pre-commissioning checks, functional testing, and system energization. You’ll also review technical drawings, coordinate with engineers and site teams, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during execution. Proper documentation and reporting will be an important part of your responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is approved by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), as this is a mandatory requirement. You should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least a few years of practical experience working on substations or power-related projects. A strong understanding of testing, commissioning, and site execution is essential, along with familiarity with international standards like IEC or IEEE.

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this role. If you’re available to join immediately, that’s a big advantage.
