Full-Time Senior Sales Manager – Electrical Products Wholesale & Retail Role in Jeddah
Job Description
We’re looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our electrical products business. This role is for someone who truly understands wholesale and retail channel sales, knows the Saudi market well, and enjoys leading teams to achieve strong results.

About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving sales across wholesale and retail channels. You’ll work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to grow market presence and strengthen long-term relationships.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, market knowledge, and people skills will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading wholesale and retail sales for electrical products
- Managing and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed targets
- Building strong relationships with distributors and key customers
- Expanding business across Saudi wholesale and retail markets
- Driving sales of switches, sockets, panel boards, lighting, chandeliers, and outdoor lighting
- Planning sales strategies and tracking performance
- Identifying new opportunities and growing distribution networks
- Working closely with management to support business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Around 15 years of experience in wholesale and retail channel sales of electrical products
- Strong understanding of the Saudi electrical market
- Solid experience in distribution and channel management
- Good knowledge of switches, sockets, panel boards, lighting products, chandeliers, and outdoor lighting
- Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Transferable Iqama preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Jeddah
