We are looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Manager to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you have a strong background in health and safety and enjoy creating safe, well-managed work environments, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Safety Manager, you will take the lead in ensuring that all workplace activities are carried out safely and in line with required regulations. You will play a key role in protecting employees, improving safety standards, and building a culture where safety is always a priority.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily health and safety operations across sites
- Identifying risks and putting practical safety measures in place
- Conducting site inspections and regular safety checks
- Making sure all work complies with KSA safety regulations
- Leading safety training sessions and toolbox talks
- Investigating incidents and helping prevent future issues
- Working closely with teams to maintain a safe and productive environment
- Ensuring proper use of safety equipment (PPE) at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in a Safety Manager or HSE role
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities confidently and independently
