Full-Time Urgent Requirement for Electrical Pre-Commissioning Engineer in Dammam
Job Description
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer – Electrical for a long-term project opportunity through Iqama transfer.
This opportunity is ideal for skilled Electrical Engineers who have hands-on experience in Oil & Gas projects, especially within Saudi Arabia and Aramco environments. The company is seeking professionals who can confidently manage electrical pre-commissioning activities, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning support while ensuring all work is completed according to project and safety standards.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is required
- Hands-on experience in Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred
- Strong background in electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at project sites
- Perform testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and verification of electrical systems
- Ensure all systems and equipment are functioning according to project specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams, QA/QC departments, and site engineers during execution
- Prepare technical reports, commissioning documents, and project handover records
- Support start-up and energization activities during project completion
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and company procedures
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, substations, and control panels
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments
- Familiarity with international safety and quality standards
