Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and office operations
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support project planning, execution, and reporting activities
  • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders professionally
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in administration, project coordination, or project management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
