Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of its finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, financial records, reporting, and accounting systems and is looking to build a stable and rewarding career in Saudi Arabia.
We are searching for a motivated professional who can handle daily accounting responsibilities accurately, support smooth financial operations, and work confidently with ERP systems, invoices, reports, and internal departments.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Preparing, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and on time
- Recording daily accounting transactions and maintaining financial records
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Monitoring invoices, payments, and supporting financial documents
- Ensuring proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Assisting with account reconciliation and financial tracking
ERP System & Reporting
- Working with ERP software for accounting data entry and transaction management
- Preparing monthly, weekly, and financial reports
- Maintaining accurate financial information within the ERP system
- Supporting management with financial updates and reporting requirements
- Ensuring accounting records and reports are updated properly
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding invoices and timesheets
- Following up on pending invoices and financial documents
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements
- Assisting the finance team with accounting-related tasks and reporting
- Maintaining organized accounting files and documentation
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Experience working with ERP software systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maximum age: 35 years
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an advantage:
- ERP-based accounting systems
- Invoice processing and financial reporting
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Financial documentation and audit support
- Construction, industrial, trading, or contracting company accounting
