We are currently looking for two motivated and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Logistics Sales Engineers. If you have experience in engineering sales, logistics coordination, procurement, supply chain operations, or industrial product trading, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a professional and fast-moving environment.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. From handling customer inquiries and sourcing products to managing quotations, certifications, customs clearance, and delivery coordination, you will play an important part in keeping operations running efficiently.
We are looking for candidates who are organized, proactive, and confident in handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong communication with clients and business partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicate daily with customers and follow up on project requirements
- Understand customer needs and identify suitable suppliers and products
- Handle RFQ processes and prepare technical and commercial quotations
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms when required
- Coordinate order processing, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines
- Operate the Saudi SABER system independently
- Complete PC and SC certification procedures accurately
- Coordinate customs clearance and arrange deliveries to project sites across Saudi Arabia
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics companies, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain proper records, shipping documents, certifications, and project information
- Update ERP systems regularly with operational and project details
- Support procurement and supply chain activities whenever needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional business relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related technical field
- Previous experience in logistics sales, engineering sales, procurement, supply chain, or industrial product coordination
- Good knowledge of Saudi SABER system operations
- Ability to independently complete PC and SC certification procedures
- Familiarity with customs clearance and logistics processes within Saudi Arabia
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Adobe software and Photoshop (PS) is an added advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- English communication skills are preferred
Preferred Experience

- Industrial products and engineering materials
- Electrical or construction materials trading
- International trade and supply chain operations
- Procurement and logistics coordination
- Saudi market regulations and certification systems
