About the Role
In this position, you’ll be involved in both architecture and business development. You’ll help identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the team in winning and delivering projects.
It’s a balanced role where your technical knowledge meets real-world business exposure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Looking for new opportunities in the architecture and construction space
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers
- Preparing and presenting design ideas, proposals, and project pitches
- Working closely with internal teams to align client needs with design solutions
- Understanding project requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Keeping track of market trends and competitor activity
- Supporting in tender submissions and proposal processes
- Helping with negotiations and closing new project deals
- Representing the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
- Keeping records of leads, meetings, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Sharing regular updates on progress, pipeline, and performance
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Architecture (MBA is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Around 3–4 years of experience, ideally with some client-facing or business-related exposure
- A good understanding of the architecture and construction industry
- Confidence in presentations, communication, and negotiations
- Someone who can build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- A self-driven, proactive approach with a focus on results
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Willingness to travel when required
- Candidates from Lebanon, Egypt, India, and Pakistan are preferred
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site coordination
- Awareness of current design trends or sustainable architecture practices
