We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Development & Project Manager to join our team and help grow our business while managing projects from start to finish. About the Role
In this position, you’ll play an important part in expanding our client base while making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll be involved from the early stages of finding new opportunities right through to project completion.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, guide project activities, and stay connected with clients to ensure expectations are met at every step. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, relationship building, and project coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Finding new projects and bringing new clients to the company
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Preparing proposals, presentations, and project cost estimates
• Meeting with clients and supporting negotiations when needed
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Managing ongoing projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Keeping track of project progress and maintaining quality standards
• Handling multiple projects at the same time
• Supporting business growth through active outreach and follow-ups
• Preparing simple reports and updates for management
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in business development and/or project management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
• Experience in IT, construction, marketing, or similar fields
• Well-organized with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
