We are currently hiring a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for candidates interested in data entry jobs in Saudi Arabia, office administration roles in KSA, and admin support jobs in the Gulf.

Job Description:
The Data Entry Operator will manage data input, document updates, reporting, and administrative coordination, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fast and accurate data entry and data processing tasks
- Update and maintain databases, records, and company systems
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors when required
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital & physical)
- Support internal teams with data retrieval and record management
- Assist in office administration and coordination tasks
- Handle basic customer interactions and communication
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
- Follow company procedures for data management and reporting standards
Job Requirements:
- Nationality: Azad Kashmir, Pakistan, India, Philippines (Contract basis only)
- Valid Iqama with minimum 6 months validity
- Good English communication and typing speed
- Experience in data entry, admin support, or office assistant jobs preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of office procedures and documentation systems
- Driving license (optional but an advantage)
- Ready for immediate joining in Jeddah
