We are looking for a friendly, confident, and driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. If you enjoy talking to people, understanding their goals, and helping them take the next step in their education or career, this role could be a great fit.

This isn’t just about sales—it’s about building trust, offering the right guidance, and helping students make important decisions about their future.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day will revolve around connecting with students and guiding them through their journey:

  • Speaking with prospective students over calls, emails, and messages
  • Understanding what they’re looking for and helping them find the right course
  • Explaining programs in a simple and clear way so they feel confident in their decision
  • Following up regularly and keeping the conversation going until they’re ready to enroll
  • Managing multiple student conversations at different stages without losing track
  • Conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, both online and on campus
  • Updating details and progress in the CRM system
  • Working toward your targets while keeping every interaction genuine and helpful

What This Role Really Needs

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable talking to new people every day
  • Good at listening and understanding different perspectives
  • Organized enough to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Confident, yet approachable and patient
  • Self-motivated and focused on achieving results

Your Background

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA is a plus, but not a must)
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, counselling, or similar roles
  • Comfortable handling a high number of calls and interactions daily
  • Familiar with basic tools like MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills—both spoken and written
