We’re looking for a motivated Junior Lean Engineer to join our site team and help improve day-to-day construction operations. This role is perfect for someone with a bit of site experience who’s eager to learn, grow, and support teams in working smarter and more efficiently.

About the Role
As a Junior Lean Engineer, you’ll work closely with engineers and site teams to support Lean construction practices. You’ll help review workflows, suggest improvements, and assist in making site operations smoother and more effective.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Lean initiatives across construction sites
- Observe site activities and help identify areas for improvement
- Assist in improving workflows and reducing unnecessary waste
- Work closely with site teams to support daily operations
- Help collect basic data and track improvement actions
- Share ideas and findings clearly with supervisors and engineers
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience on construction sites
- Basic knowledge of Lean principles and tools
- Ability to analyse simple processes and suggest practical improvements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work directly on site
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
