Job Description
We’re a well-established company with over 31 years of experience in the UAE, and we’re currently looking for an experienced Landscape Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on-site, leading teams, and seeing landscape projects come together from start to finish. If you have a strong civil engineering background and hands-on experience managing landscape works, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Landscape Manager, you’ll take charge of landscape projects from planning through completion. You’ll oversee daily site activities, guide engineering and site teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and make sure every project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
You’ll be actively involved in site operations, material planning, manpower coordination, and progress tracking. Since site visits are a regular part of this role, a valid UAE driving license is essential.
This position suits someone who’s organized, confident leading teams, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing landscape projects from start to final handover
• Supervising site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and labor teams
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
• Making sure work follows approved drawings and specifications
• Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality on site
• Carrying out regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Planning manpower, materials, and equipment needs
• Preparing progress updates for management
• Solving on-site issues and keeping projects moving smoothly
• Ensuring safety rules and quality standards are followed
• Reviewing shop drawings and material submissions
• Supporting project documentation and handover
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–15 years of overall experience in construction or landscaping
• At least 4 years of experience as a Landscape Manager
• Strong understanding of landscape construction and site operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects independently
• Comfortable working with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
• Well organized, proactive, and solution oriented
