Full-Time Mechanical QA QC Jobs Saudi Arabia – 10+ Years Experience Required

We’re currently hiring an experienced QC Mechanical Supervisor for ongoing Saudi Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is a great fit for someone who has strong hands-on experience in mechanical QA/QC, inspections, and site supervision, especially within oil & gas or EPC projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking care of all mechanical quality control activities on-site
- Making sure work is carried out as per Aramco requirements, project specs, and international standards
- Reviewing and approving ITPs, inspection reports, and quality documents
- Managing RFI submissions and coordinating inspections with client teams
- Supervising inspections for piping, pressure vessels, tanks, and mechanical equipment
- Handling RTR inspections, pressure testing, hydrotesting, and P&ID checks
- Keeping all quality records, reports, and test packages properly organized
- Identifying issues (NCRs) and ensuring they are corrected on time
- Working closely with engineers, QA/QC teams, and site teams
- Keeping track of progress and making sure inspections are completed on time
- Supporting audits and making sure everything is audit-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- At least 10 years of experience in mechanical QA/QC
- Must have experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
- Experience with SAP reference transmittal and CBT passed documents is required
- Good understanding of standards like:
- ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA
- ASME BPVC (Sections I, V, VIII, IX)
- ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, B73
- NACE, API 620, API 650, AWS D1.1
- Hands-on knowledge of inspections, testing, and QA/QC documentation
- Comfortable using MS Office for reports and tracking
- Strong communication skills in English
- Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Profile
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or EPC companies in Saudi Arabia
- Good understanding of piping systems, valves, tanks, and mechanical equipment
- Experience working on large-scale or international projects
