Full-Time Sales and Execution Leader – Mechanical Fabrication & MEP Projects in Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Execution professional who can bring in new projects and also lead them through to successful completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building business, managing clients, and seeing their work come to life on site and in the workshop.
This isn’t just a sales job — it’s a role where you’ll own the full journey, from winning contracts to delivering projects on the ground.

About the Role
This position combines business development with project delivery.
You’ll be responsible for finding new opportunities, securing projects, and then leading your team to execute those projects safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, workshop teams, subcontractors, and site crews — making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
This role suits someone who enjoys being involved at every stage and takes pride in seeing real results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Winning New Business
- Bringing in new projects through your professional network and industry contacts
- Leading tenders and preparing technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiating with clients and closing deals
- Acting as the main contact for customers from first discussion to final handover
Delivering the Projects
- Planning manpower and resources for each job
- Managing in-house teams and subcontractors
- Overseeing fabrication work such as structural steel, piping, pressure vessels, and MEP components
- Making sure all work meets client requirements and international standards
- Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality
- Leading site installation and commissioning
- Ensuring everyone follows safety rules and HSE procedures
- Solving problems quickly and keeping projects on track
You’ll be present in the workshop and on site — guiding your team and making sure work gets done right.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, including 3 years in sales or leadership roles
- Proven ability to bring in projects in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sectors
- Experience in sales operations and channel sales
- Comfortable reading drawings and using AutoCAD and scheduling tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident leading technical and site teams
- A problem-solver who takes ownership
- Ability to plan, organize, and deliver projects efficiently
- Hands-on experience in MEP / fabrication sales in Saudi Arabia is required
