Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join an IT Solutions company in Bahrain. If you enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals, this role could be a great fit for you.
This position is ideal for someone who already understands the Bahrain market and has experience in IT or technology sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential clients and generating new business opportunities
- Promoting and selling IT solutions, software, and services
- Meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and closing deals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Following up on leads and converting them into sales
- Working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keeping track of market trends and competitor activities
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in Bahrain
- Experience in IT sales or technology-related services
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling clients and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of the local market
- Indian nationals preferred
Preferred
- Candidates with an existing client network in Bahrain
- Experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Immediate joiners
