Full-Time Bahrain Accountant Vacancy for Experienced Candidates
Job Description

We are searching for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and capable of handling daily accounting responsibilities with confidence and accuracy. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Bahrain and a strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, VAT procedures, payroll management, and project-related accounting activities.
In this role, you will work closely with management and project teams to ensure smooth financial operations while supporting the company’s ongoing growth and success.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare invoices, payment records, financial statements, and reports
• Handle payroll processing and maintain employee salary records
• Monitor company expenses, budgets, and project costs
• Maintain accurate accounting entries using Tally ERP
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and documentation
• Support project estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-off activities when required
• Organize financial records and ensure all documentation is properly maintained
• Prepare reports for management and assist during audits
• Ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Bahrain
• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, payroll, invoicing, VAT, and financial reporting
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out industry will be an advantage
• Familiarity with BOQ preparation, estimation, and project coordination is preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
