Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in civil construction, infrastructure development, water transmission systems, and pipeline projects.
The successful candidate will be involved in the planning, supervision, and coordination of site activities, ensuring that project work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards. We are particularly interested in candidates who have hands-on experience with water transmission networks, pipeline installation, utility infrastructure, and related civil engineering projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work on important infrastructure projects while collaborating with experienced engineering and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure activities are completed within scheduled timelines.
- Carry out quantity measurements and verify completed work.
- Review technical drawings, project documents, and engineering plans.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related challenges in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
- Experience in water transmission works and pipeline projects will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of site supervision, quantity measurement, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage.
