We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Civil Project Manager to join our growing team and lead major civil construction and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who has a strong background in construction project management, site supervision, civil engineering operations, and team coordination. As a Civil Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain the highest standards of quality and performance.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil construction and infrastructure projects from beginning to completion
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and construction progress
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review drawings, technical documents, contracts, and project specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and solve technical or operational issues
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates with management and clients
- Manage resources, materials, and manpower efficiently
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet client expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction and project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project coordination
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD is an advantage
- Open to all nationalities
