We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an ongoing project in Qatar. If you have strong site experience and enjoy leading teams while delivering high-quality work, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role:
In this position, you’ll be responsible for handling all electrical activities on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to project requirements. You’ll work closely with engineers, project teams, and technicians to ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily electrical work including installation, testing, and commissioning
- Managing electricians and subcontractors on-site
- Reading and understanding electrical drawings and technical plans
- Ensuring all work follows safety rules and Qatar standards
- Coordinating with other teams like civil and mechanical for smooth project execution
- Keeping track of materials, tools, and equipment usage
- Identifying and fixing electrical issues quickly and efficiently
- Preparing daily reports and updating progress to management
- Making sure all tasks are completed on time and within project scope
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Around 5–8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Experience in construction, MEP, or Oil & Gas projects
- Good understanding of electrical systems like LV/MV, panels, and cable work
- Familiarity with KAHRAMAA regulations is a big plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Candidates with Gulf experience will have an advantage
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
