Full-Time Leading Company Hiring Manpower Coordinator in Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We currently hiring an experienced Manpower Coordinator for its operations in Dammam and Jubail, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated and well-organized professional who can efficiently manage workforce coordination, client communication, and day-to-day manpower operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience in the manpower or recruitment industry and are confident in handling employee deployment, staffing requirements, and operational coordination. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate manpower requirements for various projects and client locations
- Arrange employee deployment and ensure timely mobilization
- Communicate with clients regarding workforce needs and schedules
- Maintain employee attendance, records, and related documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth daily activities
- Prepare reports and update manpower status regularly
- Ensure all manpower operations run efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manpower coordination or recruitment field
- Valid Iqama and Saudi driving license are mandatory
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reporting systems is preferred
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Experience working with manpower supply or trading companies is an advantage
