Job Description
We’re looking for a capable and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands factory operations well, knows how to lead people, and can keep production running smoothly while meeting quality and safety standards.
If you have experience supervising production teams and enjoy being on the floor, guiding operations and solving day-to-day challenges, this could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll take charge of daily production activities and lead the production team on the shop floor. You’ll make sure targets are met, machines run efficiently, and work is carried out safely and to the required quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily production operations and guiding the production team
- Making sure production targets are achieved on time
- Coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Ensuring safety, hygiene, and quality procedures are followed at all times
- Managing shift schedules, manpower, and workflow
- Monitoring production performance and reporting issues to management
- Supporting continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience working as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setup
- Industry background in beverage, FMCG, food manufacturing, plastic production, or similar
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety
- Ability to handle pressure and manage daily production challenges
