Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and creative Sales Engineer who enjoys working with clients, understanding their ideas, and turning them into real, well-executed projects. If you have a mix of technical knowledge and a good eye for design, this role will suit you perfectly.
What This Role Is About:
In this position, you’ll be working closely with clients from the very beginning—understanding what they need, suggesting ideas, preparing designs, and guiding the project all the way through to completion. It’s a hands-on role where no two projects are the same, and you’ll be involved in both the creative and execution sides.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meeting clients and understanding their requirements in detail
- Turning ideas into practical design concepts and layouts
- Preparing project costs, quotations, and budgets
- Creating drawings and 3D concepts using design software
- Presenting your ideas clearly and confidently to clients
- Managing projects from start to finish (from concept to handover)
- Coordinating with site teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Keeping an eye on site progress to ensure everything is on track
- Selecting the right materials, lighting, colours, and finishes
- Handling client feedback and making adjustments when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer / Fit-Out / Design)
- Strong understanding of layouts, materials, lighting, and interior concepts
- Good working knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar
- Someone who can manage projects independently and stay organized
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients
- A practical mindset with attention to detail
